With a web width of 420 mm, 8 flexo printing units and a maximum mechanical speed of approx. 175 m/min, the machine offers a strong production platform for a wide range of self-adhesive materials, films and multi-substrate applications. The press is equipped with important features such as corona treatment, web cleaning, automatic registration, chill rollers and IST UV drying, making it suitable for demanding print jobs with stable web control and high print quality. The delam / relam section with web turn bars allows additional flexibility for reverse-side printing or special label constructions. With the rail mounted towers for cold foil or lamination, rotary die-cutting station, waste matrix rewind and BST inspection camera, the machine offers a complete and versatile production setup for high-quality label manufacturing.
