Its full rotary printing technology enables the machine to operate at a consistent production speed, regardless of the number of colours or the repeat length of the job. This provides an important productivity advantage, particularly when producing multiple short and medium-sized orders.

The machine offers a print resolution of 1,200 dpi and variable dot density, providing sharp text, fine details, smooth tonal gradations and excellent colour reproduction.

The additional fifth colour station can be used with White or Orange toner. White toner provides added value when printing on transparent, coloured or metallic substrates, while Orange toner can extend the achievable colour gamut.

With a media width of up to 330 mm and a substrate range from 40 to 350 g/m², the Xeikon 3300 can process a wide variety of self-adhesive papers, films, synthetic materials and other label substrates.

The use of Xeikon ICE toner supports printing on heat-sensitive materials and expands the range of possible label and packaging applications.
